Meet Lindsay

Lifelong Central Coast resident Lindsay Avila knows the region inside out and loves it through and through. Whether her clients are newcomers or just moving a neighborhood away, Lindsay combines her wellspring of knowledge and passion to help them carve out their place in the community.

The only time the Central Coast wasn’t Lindsay’s home was when she attended college for four years at Chico State. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in business with an emphasis in accounting, which comes in handy when crunching numbers for a home purchase or sale. But Lindsay is most passionate about real estate, from architectural design and decor to landscaping and all the personal touches that turn a property into a thing of beauty — and, most importantly, someone’s home. She believes it’s the best investment anyone can make — that’s what attracted her to real estate in the first place and continues to reward her every day.

Lindsay grew up in Salinas along the Highway 68 Corridor, and she has lived in Monterey since 2016. Real estate isn’t just her career — it’s also one of her many hobbies. Her husband is a contractor, and, between his professionalism at his craft and her eye for detail, the two of them make a great team in finding and fixing up homes that need the most TLC! Lindsay also enjoys golfing, hiking, and gardening.
